A new Chick-Fil-A could be coming soon to the Rustic Lodge property on Oakland Avenue in White Township.
Members of the White Township Planning Commission are expected to meet this morning to discuss the final site plan for the property with one confirmed part of that plan being a Chick-Fil-A restaurant. Plans for the property presented in October of 2025 will divide the area that housed the banquet facility and Roseann’s Everyday Gourmet into three different parcels. In 2025, many of the large trees and brush that were behind the properties were cleared out, but there has been no demolition of the two main buildings.
Today’s meeting will discuss putting the fast-food restaurant on one of the parcels. There is no confirmed word yet on what would go on the other two parcels.
