Debra L. Urban, 64, of Clarksburg, passed away on Sunday, January 4, 2026, in Indiana Regional Medical Center. She was born on October 22, 1961, in Sharron, PA to Ronald E. and Patricia Simkins
Debra was a1980 graduate of Indiana High School as well as from Cambria Rowe Business College. For the last 25 years she was employed as a data entry technician for Diamond Pharmacy.
Debra was a proud and active member of Trinity United Methodist Church where she served on the Mission Committee. In her free time, she enjoyed cross stitching, scrap booking, camping with her husband, and listening to country music.
In addition to her parents, Debra is survived by her husband of 26 years Robert C. Urban, Jr., of Clarksburg, stepsons Robert David and Jason Mark Urban, a brother John (Susan) Simkins of Hummelstown, PA, brother-in-law Eric Urban, sister-in-law Donna VanScoy, sister-in-law Amy Urban, sister-in-law Janet (Ricky) Medina, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received by the family on Saturday, January 10, 2026, from 4:00 – 7:00 PM in the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana. Additional family visitation will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026, from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM in Debra’s Church, Trinity United Methodist Church, 398 Church Street, Indiana, PA 15701, with Reverend Pat Lennox officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Trinity United Methodist Church.
