The Center Township Supervisors held their reorganization meeting last night and kept their leadership the same.
Matt Housholder was named the chairman of the Board of Supervisors with Paul Colgan reappointed as vice-chairman. They also reappointed David Burnheimer as the township ordinance officer.
During the regular meeting, supervisors asked people to keep township employees in mind as they continue to plow roads through the rest of the winter months. This includes parking your vehicles and leaving basketball hoops off township roads and rights of way. Housholder said that this makes plowing the road easier.
Supervisors also set the meeting schedule. They will meet on the first Monday of the month at 6:30 except for three occasions when meetings will be held April 7th, September 1st and December 1st.
