The Steelers continued prep for Sunday night’s game against the Baltimore Ravens.
With both sides in a must-win situation to make the playoffs, it was good news for the Steelers to see TJ Watt back at practice. He was a full participant yesterday, and said that he feels good, and is hopeful he can play on Sunday. At a news conference yesterday, Watt said that the tough part to get back to playing shape was how to go about recovering from a punctured lung.
This marks the first time in a month that Watt did not carry an injury designation. In fact, there were no injury designations on Friday as most everyone was a full participant in practice. The only one who sat out was guard Issac Seumalo, who was given the day off to rest.
On the Ravens side, Quarterback Lamar Jackson was a full participant on Friday and is expected to go. He sat out last week’s game with a back contusion. Three players are listed as questionable. Wide Receiver Rashad Bateman and Cornerback Marlon Murphy were out with illness and Defensive Tackle Taven Brayn has a knee injury.
