A man connected to a 2024 drug raid in Indiana was sentenced yesterday in Indiana County Court.
Court documents show 36-year-old Aaron O’Neil was ordered to serve eight months to a day less than two years in Indiana County Jail and two years of probation for a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver in connection with the raid on June 27th of last year at a home in the 400 block of Washington Street. Officers arrested him and 37-year-old Brian Porter of Indiana and Washington Counties and 31-year-old Dominic Gardner of Clairton in Allegheny County. O’Neil’s sentence will run concurrently with any prison time he is currently serving.
Parole and Street time was also revoked for O’Neil in connection with a case of DUI from July of 2023.
