Dolores Jean “Jeannie” Cunnings, 77, of Indiana, passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2025, in Canterbury Place, Pittsburgh. She was born in Indiana on January 3, 1948, to the late Tony and Helen (Belock) Chronoski.
After High School graduation, Jeannie attended and graduated from IUP with a degree in home economics. She worked various retail jobs throughout her life, most recently at Dan Smith’s Candies.
Jeannie was a member of Indiana Alliance Church where she participated in S.A.L.T. Ministry. She loved to keep a clean well-organized home.
Surviving Jeannie is her husband Edward G. Cunnings whom she married on January 25, 1968, a sister Mary Novak of Homer City, nephew Paul Novak, niece Suzanne Novak, both of Homer City, and close friends Stephen and Becky Boring.
Besides her parents, Jeannie was preceded in death by a nephew Alex Novak.
Visitation will be held in the Indiana Alliance Church, 2510 Warren Road, Indiana, PA 15701, on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, from 12:00 Noon until the time of service at 2:00 PM, with Reverend Dr. Marv Nelson officiating. Burial will be private in the Mt. Union Davis Cemetery, Valley Township, Armstrong County.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Indiana Alliance Church, 2510 Warren Road, Indiana, PA 15701.
