Charges are being filed against a Greensburg man after a Wednesday night shooting in Irwin.
The victim — who is expected to survive — was shot in the face in an apartment at the Villages of Easton rental community. Authorities say alcohol was involved and they believe the shooting was an accident.
Twenty-three-year-old Jason Powell faces charges including aggravated assault.
