An 18-year-old Punxsutawney man was cited after a hit-and-run crash last week in Warsaw Township, Jefferson County, state police said.
Troopers reported that a vehicle traveling on Hazen Richardsville Road left the roadway around 5:45 a.m. Dec. 10, struck a mailbox and an embankment, and became disabled before the driver fled without reporting the damage.
Police said the driver was not injured, and the vehicle was removed by McCool Towing.
