IUP defensive back Kalen Frazier has been named a second-team All-American by the American Football Coaches Association. The PSAC West Defensive Player of the Year had 25 solo tackles, one fumble recovery and five pass breakups in his senior year. He also returned a punt 60 yards for a touchdown.
Frazier finished his IUP career with 108 total tackles, 28 pass breakups and three interceptions.
