Wintry weather returns with crossing low pressure late tonight into Wednesday night. Snow is expected for the ridges and areas north of Pittsburgh, with a rain/snow mix elsewhere. The precipitation will change to all snow Wednesday evening. A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for areas along and north of I-80 and in the ridges of PA/WV. A Blizzard Warning has been issued for eastern Tucker and Preston counties in northern WV, due to expected snowfall, high wind gusts and blowing snow.
