A motions hearing will be held today for a man who pleaded guilty to ten charges of child pornography.
State police suspected 40-year-old Eric Palmer after they received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children on May 3rd of last year, saying that child pornography was being uploaded and saved to an account associated with Palmer. Police executed a search warrant and while Palmer denied the claims, computer forensic analysis found the images in hidden folders.
In addition to all ten counts of child pornography, he also entered a guilty plea for once charge of criminal use of a communications facility on April 29th of this year, and is being held in a county correctional facility.
