GIRLS BASKETBALL
Homer-Center beat Conemaugh Valley 66-56 last night. Juliana Fabin lead the Wildcats with 28 points on the night. The girls are back in action tomorrow night against Penns Manor.
The River Valley Junior High Basketball Team lost to Richland 35-31.
BOYS BASKETBALL
Apollo Ridge beat Homer-Center last night in non-conference play by a score of 66-40. The VIkings led 54-22 at the half putting the game into the mercy rule at the start of the third quarter and playing reserves the rest of the way. None of the Homer-Center team went above double-digits in scoring. The team was lead by Nash Budner with 9 points. Next up for the Wildcats is a game against Conemaugh Valley tonight.
Marion Center lost to River Valley last night 63-39. Leading scorers for Marion Center were Alec Brudnock with 9 points and Kamden Rozier and Tyler Pack both had 8. Stats for River Valley have not been provided.
