The Purchase Line School Board will meet tomorrow night and among its actions will be a vote on a $1.5 million replacement of four sections of roof on the high school building, plus additional funding for masonry repairs above the roof areas and replacement of metal fascia and coping.
The board will also vote on a resolution to not raise taxes above the state index of 5.1 percent in the upcoming budget plan.
Other school board meetings this week include United on Tuesday and Penns Manor on Wednesday.
Finals week at IUP begins on Tuesday, with winter commencement taking place on Saturday. IUP’s Council of Trustees meets on Thursday.
