Sentencing is being ordered for an East Huntingdon man who fired shots at Pennsylvania State Police.
The incident happened in 2024 with investigators saying that 63-year-old James Miller opened fire on two state troopers who were trying to question him after his neighbors reported that a gun was fired into their home.
Miller was later convicted on charges including aggravated assault and shooting at law enforcement officers and has been sentenced to a term of 22 to 44 years in prison.
