Raymond Francis Forni, 76, of Blairsville, PA passed away on Thursday, November 27, 2025, in Independence Health System Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg, PA.
The son of Joseph E. and Ida C. (Venturini) Forni, he was born on February 27, 1949, in Latrobe, PA.
Raymond was a graduate of Blairsville High School, Class of 1967. He was a veteran of the US Army Reserves and worked for Helen Mines and then Perfetti Trucking until his retirement.
He was a member of SS Simon and Jude Roman Catholic Church, Blairsville, and the Red Barn Sportsmen’s Club Inc., Homer City.
Raymond loved everything about cars, especially collecting and working on them. Car Cruises were his favorite pastime.
Surviving is his wife of 38 years, Emily J. (Keeno) Forni, whom he married on June 19, 1987; his son, Matthew A. Forni (Melissa) of Blairsville, two grandchildren, Meadow Wano and special friend, Cody, and Michael Wano and special friend, Abby; his brother, Robert Forni (Delores) of Brighton, CO; a sister-in-law, Patty Keeno of Ligonier; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and his special four footed friend, Buddy.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Per Raymond’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral services.
