State police cited four people after a roadside fight in Canoe Township.
Troopers say the altercation occurred around 5 p.m. Oct. 28 on West Side Street and involved an 18-year-old woman from Rossiter, a 19-year-old woman from Indiana, a 19-year-old man from Mayport, and a 33-year-old man from Rossiter.
All four were charged with harassment, according to a report released Nov. 27.
