Steelers Head Coach Mike Tomlin said that everything will be good for Aaron Rodgers to start on Sunday when the Steelers take on the Buffalo Bills.
The four-time MVP was a full participant in practice on Friday and will carry no injury designation on the league-mandated injury report on Friday. Rodgers sat out of last week’s game with a slight fracture in his left wrist. Backup Quarterback Mason Rudolph completed 36 of 47 passes for 298 yards, a touchdown, an interception and a lost fumble on a strip sack.
Tomlin also confirmed that receiver DK Metcalf and linebacker Alex Highsmith are good to go when asked and said there is no injury designation. Broderick Jones and Derrick Harmon will be out for tommorrow’s game. Veteran Andrus Peat will take over Jones’ spot at left tackle and it will be a committee to fill Harmon’s spot. Isaac Seumalo did not practice yesterday but he was given a non-injury designation for a day of rest. Dk Metcalfe and Joey Porter, Jr. are also expected to play tomorrow.
