A person is dead and several others are injured following a crash in Washington County involving more than a dozen vehicles.
The 13-vehicle crash happened Thursday afternoon in the area of the I-79 to I-70 junction ramp near South Strabane Township, killing 64-year-old Jamie Wiles and leaving two others in critical condition. A dog in one of the vehicles was also killed in the crash.
Icy conditions are believed to have caused the crash.
