IUP quarterback Matthew Rueve is a nominee for the Harlon Hill Award, which is given each year to the nation’s top Division II football player. Rueve broke IUP’s single-season passing yards record this fall, throwing for 3,338 yards over 11 games. He finished with 31 touchdown passes and 11 interceptions, and his 167.6 passer efficiency rating led the PSAC.
The Harlon Hill Award winner will be announced Friday, Dec. 19.
