An Arnold man charged in the stabbing death of his mother is rejecting a plea deal offered by prosecutors.
Investigators say that Brian Rebold attacked 73-year-old Diana Rebold outside of his Liberty Avenue home on August 4th of last year and then called police to report the incident. Officers found the woman dead in the street.
Rebold is charged with criminal homicide and is saying no to an offer of life in prison with no chance for parole in exchange for a guilty plea.
