The Penguins are off until Wednesday night, when they will host the Buffalo Sabres in their traditional Thanksgiving Eve game at PPG Paints Arena.
The Pens are 2-4-3 in November, and coach Dan Muse was visibly upset after Saturday’s overtime loss to Seattle. They are 0-2 in overtime and 0-3 in shootout games this season. Muse gave the team the day off on Sunday and will have them back on the practice ice today.
