A Clearfield man convicted of molesting a young girl has been sentenced to state prison.
According to GantNews.Com, Lance Edward Spencer, 37, was ordered Friday to serve 7½ to 15 years after a jury in August found him guilty of aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault of a child under 13, and related offenses.
Senior Judge John F. Cherry imposed an aggravated-range sentence, citing the victim’s testimony. Spencer must undergo sex-offender counseling, register under Megan’s Law, and have no unsupervised contact with minors. He was acquitted of charges involving a second alleged victim.
