Alex Highsmith was a limited practice participant for the Steelers yesterday, but afterward, he was unsure if he will be able to play on Sunday at Chicago. He said today’s practice will be key for him and his injured pectoral muscle.
Darius Slay and Cole Holcomb were full participants. Aaron Rodgers, Jaylen Warren, Isaac Seumalo, and Ke’Shawn Williams all were limited.
Rodgers wore a protective shell around his fractured left wrist and threw passes, but he did not take snaps from center Zach Frazier.
Defensive captain Cam Heyward says Bears quarterback Caleb Williams will be hard to defend on Sunday because he’s so elusive.
Heyward says the Bears’ solid running game sets up Williams to either run it or pass it.
The Bears have injury concerns. Starting linebackers Tremaine Edmunds, TJ Edwards, and Noah Sewell all missed practice for the second day in a row. Cornerback Jaylon Johnson practiced in full. He has played only one game this season due to a groin injury.
