A Monessen couple is facing charges after a toddler reportedly overdosed at their home.
Counts including endangering the welfare of children and criminal conspiracy have been filed against Travis Holmes and Sable Ford. Investigators say the two-year-old was taken to the hospital after becoming unconscious on October 4th, later testing positive for cocaine and fentanyl.
Police say the couple told them they believed the child found a drug baggie in the yard, but cocaine residue was reportedly detected on a bag investigators discovered in the home.
