The KCAC will play host today to the Pennsylvania Mountains Rural Health Conference.
The theme for the 2025 conference is “Healthcare Innovation” and sessions are expected to address a wide range of topics connected with rural healthcare, including legislation and funding. The keynote address will be given by the President and CEO of The Hospital and Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania Nicole Stallings. Also taking part today are Pennsylvania Department of Human Services Secretary Dr. Valerie Arkoosh, Department of Health Secretary Dr. Debra Bogen, Secretary of Aging Jason Kavulich, and state Commissioner of Insurance Michael Humphreys.
After the keynote address and opening panel, there will be some breakout sessions and the presentation of the Pennsylvania Rural Health Awards.
