A Cherry Tree teenager is due in district court today for a preliminary hearing on charges related to child pornography.
Indiana County Detectives accused 19-year-old Landon Goss is charged with dissemination of photos or film of child sex acts or sexual abuse materials, designing or copying obscene material and hiring or using a minor to assist. An affidavit of probable cause showed that he reportedly exchanged the images with a juvenile girl through snapchat, which were discovered during a probation check. He would later surrender to police after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
