A man is charged in connection with a hit-and-run crash that killed an e-bike rider in Hempfield over the summer.
Criminal counts have been filed against 37-year-old William Sever. Authorities say Sever was driving his roommate’s Kia when he hit 19-year-old Jayden Lynch on the night of July 31st.
The suspect’s cell phone records and witness statements place him at the scene of the wreck, according to state police.
