Pitt basketball suffered its first loss of the season last night, falling to West Virginia in the Basketball Backyard Brawl, 71-49.
Pitt coach Jeff Capel has already started stocking up for next season. Three four-star recruits announced that they will play for Pitt, as part of the 2026 recruiting class. Forward Chase Foster and guard Jermal Jones are teammates at the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida. Forward Anthony Felesi is from Hurricane, Utah.
