Preliminary hearings are scheduled today for Indiana County’s District Courts, including two for a man charged with incidents in September.
Court documents show 28-year-old Dimire Michael Chall of Penn Run is accused in one case of strangulation, simple assault and harassment for an incident on September 27th. He was also charged with simple assault and harassment for an incident that was reported the next day.
His preliminary hearings will be before District Judge Anthony Sottile this morning.
