Armstrong County humane officers are looking for information on a likely-starved dog that was found out in the cold early Monday.
Authorities say the male boxer-pit bull mix, that has since been named Bud, was found on Logansport Road in Bethel Township around 4 a.m. Bud has a body condition of one, meaning he is very thin and was likely in a state of starvation, according to humane agents. He is now being cared for in a foster home.
Anyone who has information on Bud and his condition is asked to contact Armstrong County Humane Officer Chris Jirak O’Donnell.
