A 23-year-old Summerville man is facing felony charges after allegedly leading police on a high-speed chase that reached 110 mph through Brockway in August.
ExploreJeffersonPa.Com reports, Ryan Joshua Swearer Jr. is charged with fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, flight to avoid apprehension, and several related offenses.
Police said Swearer sped away from a traffic stop on Aug. 22 after an officer noticed his vehicle had a suspended registration and expired inspection sticker. An arrest warrant was issued Nov. 7.
