IUP’s defense was battered by Clarion yesterday, but the Crimson Hawks managed a come-from-behind rally to beat the Golden Eagles and earned the right to play on Saturday for the PSAC championship. Jack Benedict has the story.
Kutztown survived a scare from Bloomsburg, defeating the Huskies 35-27 despite being outgained 410-385 in total offense. 334 of those yards by Bloomsburg came through the air.
10-0 Kutztown will be trying to become the first PSAC school to win three straight conference titles since Slippery Rock did it from 1972-1974.
Kickoff on Saturday will be at noon and you will hear the game with the voice of the IUP Crimson Hawks, Jack Benedict, on 92.5 FM U92.
