IUP has a big game on the schedule today against Clarion.
If the Crimson Hawks win today, they will become the PSAC West champions and will play for the state championship against the champs from the East. Clarion is 6-3 overall and 2-3 in the PSAC west and they are coming off a 42-23 loss to Slippery Rock last week. IUP is coming off a 26-6 victory over Gannon last week. The Crimson Hawks have won the last 13 meetings against Clarion, beginning with a 38-7 victory in 2011. The most recent matchup was a 31-0 shutout win in 2024.
