Charges are being filed against a Derry Township man accused of selling cocaine to a confidential informant.
Forty-four-year-old Gregory Kozemchak was busted on Wednesday after reportedly selling the informant a bag of the drug for 120 dollars.
Kozemchak is being held without bail at the Westmoreland County Jail.
