FOOTBALL
Pitt football is off this week, giving them time to prepare for the start of a crucial three-game set to close the regular season, against number ten Notre Dame, number 16 Georgia Tech, and number 18 Miami.
The ACC has announced that kickoff will be at noon on November 15th at Acrisure Stadium and will be televised nationally on either ABC or ESPN.
As of now, the game times at Georgia Tech November 22nd and home against Miami on the 29th are undetermined.
BASKETBALL
Cam Corhen scored 23 points and pulled down 12 rebounds as Pitt basketball opened the season last night with a 74-59 win over Youngstown State. Brandin Cummings had 18 points and Nojus Indrusaitis had 13 off the bench.
The Panthers will take on Longwood, a school out of Virginia that plays in the Big South Conference, on Friday night at the Petersen Events Center.
