Despite a recent slight uptick, the national average price for a gallon of regular gasoline remains relatively low, hovering around $3.04, according to AAA data, with GasBuddy reporting a similar figure.
Meanwhile, drivers in Pennsylvania continue to pay a premium, with the statewide average sitting higher at approximately $3.23 per gallon. Among four key counties tracked, Indiana County reported the highest regional price, with its average nearing $3.39 per gallon, though one location is reporting gas at $3.07 per gallon.
Clarion County recorded the lowest average at around $3.09 per gallon, followed by Jefferson County at $3.13 and Clearfield County at $3.20.
