First Commonwealth Bank has announced a promotion of its Marketing and Communications manager.
Kris Levan, who has been the bank’s Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications for the last 10 years, will now serve as Chief Marketing and Experience Officer. In her new role, she will lead the bank’s call center, branch operations and learning and development areas. Levan first joined First Commonwealth in 2010 as an assistant vice president to the bank’s marketing department.
In a statement, First Commonwealth President and CEO Mike Price said that Levan helped the marketing and communications team grow to support the company’s regional growth while maintaining the strong community bank brand they have.
The promotion was part of succession-planning and realignment due to the recent retirement announcement of bank president and chief revenue officer Jane Grebenc.
