The River Valley School Board will meet tonight and the purchase of a sewage flow meter is on the draft agenda.
The board will look to approve the installation and monitoring of a sewage flow meter on the Blairsville campus at a monthly cost of $1,550 with costs not to exceed $18,600 for the year. Money for the project will come from the bond budget.
Also on the agenda for tonight is the hiring of head coaches for varsity boy’s baseball and the rifle team. The board will also look at an agreement to allow some River Valley student athletes to participate on the Homer-Center Swimming and Diving teams.
The meeting starts at 7:00 tonight at the high school auditorium and will be streamed online through River Valley’s YouTube channel.
