Next Friday, IUP’s Hadley Union Building will host activities as a part of International Unity Day.
The event will be hosted by the school’s Office of International Education, and will include booths from 35 countries and territories offering international cuisine and poster displays. The event will also include 10 performances. There will also be special booths that will be hosted by 20 Fulbright Scholars that have been on campus and in the Indiana School District this year to represent their home countries.
The event starts at 6:00 with the food samples available at many of the booths. Performances will run from 7:30 to 9:00 in the Ohio Room. There will also be a kids room open with crafts, face painting and a photo booth.
The event is free and open to the public.
