A driver escaped injury after hitting a horse that wandered onto Route 36 in Clarion County early October 7.
According to State Police in Marienville, the 2015 Chevrolet Silverado was traveling south when it struck the animal around 7:11 a.m., causing minor front-end damage.
The truck remained drivable, and the driver—who was not identified—moved it off the roadway to await towing. No injuries were reported.
