A Pittsburgh man is facing criminal charges after allegedly starving four dogs.
Authorities reported that they discovered the pit bulls in filthy conditions and in poor health at Xavier Williams’ home on Sunday. One dog died from starvation and neglect later that day, while the others were reportedly too weak to stand.
The animals were reported by Williams’ ex-wife, who claims she had been sending him more than $100 each month for their care.
