Charges have been filed against a man accused of breaking into an Aldi store in North Huntingdon, Westmoreland County and smashing the windshield of a police vehicle.
Officers responding to the Norwin Avenue location early Tuesday morning reportedly found 32-year-old Angel Ortega-Yanez attempting to flee.
Before being taken into custody, police say Ortega-Yanez used the same hammer he allegedly used to enter the store to damage their vehicle’s windshield.
