A child is safe after going missing from a Pittsburgh elementary school yesterday.
Police report that a seven-year-old in the autistic support program at Colfax Elementary wandered off while playing hide-and-seek with classmates.
A retired Pittsburgh Public Schools teacher who lives nearby called 9-1-1 after the child unexpectedly knocked on her door. Officers arrived and reunited the boy with his family.
