Six Penguins players cleared waivers yesterday and were sent to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton.
They include forwards Danton Heinen, Joona Koppanen and Valtteri Puustinen; Defensemen Sebastian Aho and Phil Kemp, and goaltender Filip Larson.
The Pens now have 41 players on the roster, and have until 5:00 PM Monday to cut that down to 23. The Pens first game of the regular season is Thursday night.
