A 35 year-old Punxsutawney Burger King worker, Travis Scott Kirbaugh, a registered sex offender, was charged with Harassment on September 22, after allegedly exposing himself and making sexually suggestive comments to a teen girl during a shift on September 15.
The criminal complaint states Kirbaugh allegedly lifted his shirt, rubbed himself, and told the juvenile, “You can’t get any better than this…” The teen reported feeling “super uncomfortable” and “scared.” Kirbaugh was fired after being confronted by the district manager.
Kirbaugh is currently lodged in the Jefferson County Jail, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for October 22.
