A Williamsport woman is accused of going out of town and leaving her children alone.
Police said 32-year-old Titania Green took a trip to Philadelphia last November without her eleven-and-eight-year-old children, who were left with very little food in the home. Authorities said the eleven-year-old had an asthma attack during Green’s disappearance, forcing the eight-year-old to alert a neighbor.
Green was charged earlier this month with endangering the welfare of children.
