Troopers are seeking to identify the suspect involved in recent burglaries in Cambria County.
During the early morning hours of September 8, 2025, members of the Troop A, Ebensburg Patrol Unit responded to two separate incidents of burglary.
At approximately 1:00 a.m., an unknown suspect was determined to have broken the front door of Lucky Laundry, which is located at 112 Munster Road in Portage Township. The suspect then entered the building and attempted to gain entry into the skills machines before an alarm activated and the suspect fled the scene.
At approximately 2:00 a.m., the same suspect was determined to have forced entry into Clean Sheets Laundromat, which is located at 100 Chestnut Street in Gallitzin Borough. The suspect smashed the front door, then entered the business and used a reciprocating saw to cut into the side of the skills machines. The suspect fled with approximately $1,300 in cash.
Upon a review of video surveillance images, the suspect is described as a white, non-Hispanic male, approximately 22-29 years old, of average build.
He was observed wearing dark-colored gloves, a dark-colored face covering, a gray zip-up hooded jacket, and dark-colored pants. He was also observed carrying a dark green backpack.

Recent similar incidents have also been reported to local police departments in Cambria and Blair counties.
