A 17-year-old from Bethlehem faces involuntary manslaughter charges after another teen died during a TikTok challenge over the summer.
According to the Northampton County District Attorney’s Office, the teenager drove recklessly while David Nagy rode on an upside-down folding table secured to the back of the car. Nagy was killed after falling off the table and hitting a parked vehicle.
Prosecutors noted that the driver was well-known to Nagy’s family and said they are not pursuing jail time.
