A Marion Center man charged with sexually assaulting a child has waived his preliminary hearing.
Court documents show 42-year-old Gregory Fisher Jr. will face charges connected with an investigation into incidents in the summer of 2024. Indiana County District Attorney Robert Manzi said Fisher sexually assaulted a minor on multiple occasions during that time. He is charged with aggravated indecent assault of someone under 16, child endangerment and other crimes.
A formal arraignment hearing will be held on November 25th in front of Indiana County Judge Gina Force.
