A Centre County man has admitted to making online threats against President Donald Trump in the days leading up to the 2025 inauguration.
Federal court records show that 22-year-old Jacob Buckley of Port Matilda pleaded guilty Monday to posting threats on TikTok, including statements targeting both Trump and his supporters.
The U.S. Department of Justice says Buckley now faces a maximum sentence of five years in prison, along with potential fines, supervised release, and other penalties. His sentencing will be scheduled at a later date.
